Shipping policy

A flat fee of ₹100 per piece is applicable within Tamil Nadu.

Charges for other states vary based on weight and delivery location and will be calculated at the time of the request.

Ensure that products are packaged securely to avoid damage during return shipping.

Products returned without prior approval or in used/damaged condition will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges.

It takes us 3 to 4 working days to process your order and 5 to 7 working days for it to reach you. However, weather conditions may affect the delivery time.

It is the customer’s responsibility to be available at the given address to receive the product. We take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternate person.

We do not offer COD.

BACK ORDER

For any product ordered on a back order, also known as pre-order, we will take at least 4-6 working days to make the final piece before we ship it. However, it will reach you within 10-12 days.

In case you need the piece earlier you can drop us an email at mayuraforwomen@gmail.com with the subject BACK ORDER and we will get back to you.

INTERNATIONAL

We ship products all over the world

We will process the international orders in 3-7 business days.

Please note that the BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ADDITIONAL CUSTOMS, DUTY OR VAT FEES imposed by your country. mayuraboutique.com has no control over any additional fees or taxes your country may impose on imports (as a buyer, you are considered an "importer"). We make every attempt to list the item so that you are not charged any additional duties or fees, but in the rare circumstance that this occurs, a product cannot be returned or exchanged for this reason.
