Exchanges:
No Exchange for Sale Products:
Items purchased during a sale are not eligible for exchange or refund.
Size Exchanges Only:
Exchanges are allowed only for size issues unless the product arrives damaged or the wrong product is delivered. In such cases, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery by emailing at mayuraforweomen@gmail.com
Exchange Eligibility:
Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions for sending back the product. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Customers may ship the product themselves.
Shipping Charges for Exchanges:
A flat shipping charge of ₹100 per piece is applicable for exchanges within Tamil Nadu.
Shipping charges may vary for other states and depend on the package’s weight and delivery location. These charges will be communicated at the time of the exchange request.

Damages and Issues:
All products undergo thorough inspections before shipping, ensuring the highest quality.
Immediate Notification Required:
Upon receiving the item, please inspect your order immediately.

Refunds:
Items bought during a sale are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except for cases of damaged or incorrect deliveries.
